Research

It is no secret that gaining access to a place on a surgical training program is highly competitive.  One of the most effective ways to bolster your chances of success when applying for a place on surgical training pathway is to have had some degree of participation in research applicable to the surgical sciences prior to application.

NDASS as an organisation is passionate about assisting its members to garner research experience that will help them stand out when applying to surgical training in the future.  Through direct engagement with both surgeons and research institutions across Perth, NDASS is proud to be able to bring its members exclusive opportunities to engage with surgical research projects while still at university.
